My Class Current Event
The current events had to greatest impact on me out of all the activities we did in this class. More than anything, I enjoyed it the best because it gave me and the whole class a chance to voice our opinions on a variety of topics. It was also very interesting because it opened my eyes to a lot of issues going on of gender inequality in places other than the United States as well showed me what kind of problems we have in our own state. Every group was able to come up with interesting topics as well as give us many discussion questions to ponder on. I felt like I learned a lot while doing these current even and by just listening and participating in other group discussions. I felt like our class bonded through this too because we were able to come up with common beliefs on certain issues and begin to see something unique about each person in our class.
